Primary

With the aim of qualitative improvement of primary education there has been a deliberate reduction in curriculum load. In the revised curriculum the content is drawn from immediate environment and the strategies adopted are such that enhance the skills of observation, collection, classification experimentation and inferences. Learning is an activity through which we nurture free and creative expression of skills, habits, attitudes and values.

We aim to achieve healthy habits and development in psychomotor domains through active involvement of children. Oral-aural skills are emphasized in the area of language and environmental sciences. The language used in teaching and learning facilitates smooth understanding of concepts besides encouraging children for self-learning.

At the middle school stage, we integrate science and technology and social sciences to the curriculum. In language, the emphasis is on developing all skills i.e. listening, reading, writing and grammar. In science, the focus is on developing key concepts and encourage learners to design experiments using local resources. The focus is also on the relevant information about the geography, history, civics and economies of the country and the world at large.
